1. Flour 500 gm
2. Khoya 1 kg
3. Chocolate chips 250 gms
4. Raisins 5 tbsp
5. Almonds shredded 100 gms
6. Cooking oil 55 tbsp
7. Water 200 ml
8. Sugar 500 gm
9. Oil for deep frying
Method:
1. Mix together 5 tbsp of oil with maida well, using fingers. Knead it lightly, into a soft dough.
2. Set aside. Cover with damp cloth.
3. Fry khoya in a deep-frying pan to a light brown color. Add chocolate chips and fry further.
4. Add sugar, almonds and raisins into the khoya and mix well.
5. Roll out the kneaded dough into a thick and small chapatti.
6. Fill half the chapati with the khoya mixture. Fold the chapati and twist the edges inwards.
7. Deep fry these gujias to a deep golden brown color on a slow fire.
8. Take them out using the sieve type ladle to drain the oil completely.
9. Store in an airtight glass jar.
